The Possibility provides digital growth services across author and publishing support, and business and growth support, including strategy, design, development, marketing, and automation work. Specific project scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed separately with each client.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Enquiries submitted through this site do not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only once both parties agree on scope, and any applicable fees, in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. The Possibility retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless a client requests otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, The Possibility is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delivered work.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
